First take off your fuel regulator and put the stock one back on. Second get a gsr ecu and if your header don't have a C.A.R.B. E.O. number you will have to take it off and put a stock header back on or a performance one with C.A.R.B Number to be legal. Make sure all your vacum line is plug correct and you will have to put back your stock gsr itm and tb.

The suptid Ref will have a book and picture of your year of motor and **** like that so I know the skunk itm will not pass if you don't have c.a.r.b sticker to prove to his punk a$$.
The number one thing ref will look at is peformance part if you have any performance part it better have a C.A.R.B. E.O. number for it or he will fail .
