Slight issue with h22 crank pulley
I have noticed is there is a little notch out of the edge of my h22 crank pulley. I am wondering if this is going to affect the balancing? I have a welder friend who could fill it in and file it down but would this be nessacary? I dont want the pulley to crack over time.
Or I could plug it with a little JB weld?
Also the machine shop painted my crank pulley and now I cannot see the timing marks, I have an aftermarket crank pulley which I wont be using but surely I can use this to find out where the markings could be on the other pulley, is it worth using a potractor (you know the device you used in school to measure angles)
Thanks in advance
