Default gritty timing belt tensioner?

Well tonight I decided to change out my timing belt on my crx and I got this brilliant idea of cleaning my tensioner with brake cleaner. I didn't spray directly into the bearings but sort of all the expose metal that is visible to the eye. I cleaned off a LOT of dirt and grease and although my tensioner has absolutely no play it does feel a tiny bit gritty after the cleaning. I think I may have put a bit of dirt into the bearing but I'm not sure if I should even be concerned.

It makes no noise when running and actually is quite quiet.

Suggestions?

Should have put a new one on with the belt. Who knows if it will continue to be ok? Best bet is a new one, or if it seems ok to you, just leave it.
