Default Hatch shock replacement

Well, after 8 years, the fuggin hatch shocks are toast. It can no longer keep the hatch opened.

Where can I get a replacement besides Acura? Part numbers please.

LOL, you can go to Oreilly's and get them there. They have an application chart that will tell you the part number. That's where I got mine anyway.

I've got a set that are practically new - came out of my old itr with only 15k on it.....

make me an offer!

I'd also be interested in taking your old set off your hands... they might still work for a carbon hatch that doesn't weigh as much...

i dont have an R, but after 8 years mine went out on me also. I found someone on this board parting off their gsr and was able to grab them for 35 shipped. Install was a breeze. good luck.

I had to change mine also but only one of them was bad. I still have the good one if you need it.

O'Reillys? I don't think there is one those shops in Canada.

I'll have to try to find a set in Canadian Tire. Any Canucks find a replacement at NAPA, Canadian Tire, Parts Source, etc.?
