Default Air Breather Question...

Do you use an air breether for your valve cover? If so what did you do with your Intake (did you just cover up the hole that leads to your valve cover)? What really are the benifits and are there any proven downsides in doing this? Thanks!

The oil will collect on the breather and drip onto your engine and every once in a while you'll ask yourself, "What smells like burnt oil."

Is that the only problem? Are there any pluses at all?
