Default d16z6 fit? d16z6 i mean

i was just wondering if a d16z6 will direcly bolt up to 89 crx dx, i think im going to swap d16z6 in my d15b2's place oh and will a stock crx si transmission bolt up to the d16? or do i need a 92-95 tranny?

Yeah use your original mounts..And you can use your stock cable tranny..There is some wiring that will have to be done though..

fit in yes bolt to the tranny yes.

You'll need to wire vtec and also its a great time to go OBD1

You can use the si tranny. You also need your flywheel, pressure plate, and clutch for your cable tranny. You can't use the d16z6s stuff


You also have to do DPFI to MPFI.

k thnx, do i need any other parts from 92-95 civic? im going to junkyard or would it be easier to get it from a website? ive searched but found no d16z6 for sale
