if your gonna drop in a si motor into an hf, it should be pretty easy (plug in and play). you should use and si tranny though. everything should hook right up. i dont know if you can use a zc ecu with a si motor but most likely it will work. the hf wiring harness is pretty much the same as the si except the EGR wiring which u dont have to worry about it. just leave that wiring alone, dont need to plug it in to anything.

i think the zc ecu will make it run a little rich but the fuel maps are better. i think everything else will bolt up though. you might want to look into your cat options before you swap as the hf cat is right past the header instead of below the car.

i've been considering doing the exact same thing to my HF. the car is just to damn slow even with mods. By the way how much did you pick up your si engine for?

do like the hyndai in SCC. put an engine in front and back. attache an auto tranny and put it in reverse put the front in drve and do some massive burn outs.
