Car Smokes badly
Ok here's the deal.
My downpipe broke and I took it off to get it repaired. Anyway this took a month. So I go to start my car after I reistalled everything and it's idling really ruff, and black smoke coming out the tailpipe.
So I checked the timing and it's fine, I checked the spark it appears fine. Fuel pressure is 50Psi.
So the car is also putting up a engine code. I haven't checked it yet.
I'm confused as to why my car would all of a sudden develop a problem like this when I haven't changed anything.
Do you think this ultra rich condition could be caused by a bad map sensor?
Anyway thanks for taking the time to read the post
