92 hatch with a 2001 GSR, i guess i got lucky he ran it as a 94.

well when i went this time, i just bought a brand new magnaflow cat, and i got my evap purge solenoid that i was missing, and i got that Emissions For Dummys ****, Guarenteed to pass, i used that also, i followd the directions, and went back today and did it, each time that i would have a chance, at each stop light i would rev it at like 3 grand till it turned green so it would stay nice and hot.

You converted the motor to obd1 right? I think thats why they put it as 94. What intake manifold is that, looks like a blox. Is it skunk2? They gave my friend a bitch of a time about her blox manifold had to swap it out.
Edit: Thats stupid that they didnt let you take the sound test originally, that guy was dicking you around, what test did you go to?

yea i know, thats the same thing i was thinking, cause i asked him way before about OBD2, he said that i would need both O2 sensors and harness,injectors,computer, and smog equipment. but glad he did it as this.

the crazy thing of it all was, i was never supposed to go in for the motor to get BARD, i had gotten a ticket for exhaust and i was going to get it BARD, so i go and i forgot that he opens the hood just to check the water and oil. and i see him standing there with his tech students and im like OH ****, the ******* motor, so he comes back and tells me that he cant do the sound check until the motor is passed its smog test, and im thinking in my head, **** im fucked. so he told me that one of his appointments had cancled and that he can test it right now and sees if it passes, then he could do the sound check, well it failed, hence the failing thread i made.

i got it for free from a guy i know. u can get that Emissions For Dummys stuff and Kragen.

and i used 91 Octane through out the whole time

pull it off your sohc motor. they are all the same.

yup, i used one off a OBD1 motor, OBD2 are different, i had to get a grey plug for it also and cut the OBD2 plug off and rewire it

yea i was going to repin, but i couldnt get the pinout of the OBD2 harness, they were a bitch, so i said expletive it, do it quick.
