alright i have to choose between two swaps for my 95 civic cx and i dont know which one to pick so please help.....i have to decide ASAP

Motor History: I am good friends with the guy. He babied the motor, changed the oil every 2,000 miles. has to sell the motor because he got rear ended

Stage 3 Spec clutch
Skunk 2 Intake manifold
LSD Transmission
Skunk 2 ECU

Motor History: Dont really know the guy, but he raced around a lot. Dont know the motors history. Got in a serious accident, the motor runs but i dont know if there is any transmission damage.

Which one should i pick, the JDM Motor will probably have emission problems, and the guy says his USDM motor passes, so please help

go with the jdm motor, for 500 bucks more its a heck of a deal, ask your friend how he got emissions passed
