I have a 00 si I/h/e what kind of HP gains am I looking at if i change the cam shafts cam gears valves and valve springs

well, depends on which cams/valves/springs you get. each will net differant results.

 

thanx any body have a certain idea on what HP i might get on like parts the people would recomend and have seen the results of the HP

That's about right for a small displacement engine running those mods without any specific engine management/tuning like a Hondata. Now you know why forced induction and nitrous is so popular on Hondas....
