Damn dealership - didn't have time to do myself and dropped by the dealership for an oil change, and the bastards overfilled. I'm betting they dumped in 5 quarts.

Will this be a huge problem? Should I do something about it right away or can I drive like this for awhile?

 

if the oil marks are like 1/6 of an inch over the top hole then it's only 4.25 which is for vtec engine so u'll be fine.

 

if it bugs you that much just loosen the bolt and drain a little.

 

Thanks, I realize that, but I didn't ask if I could drain some oil out. My question was, will it hurt the car to drive around with a little extra oil?

 

Drive hard, it will burn off. j/k At track events my ITR likes to sip a little oil so I always run it alittle high in the morning. After talking to Bob @ King he said all of their ITRs drink oil at a race also.,just the nature of the beast. To anwser your question you should be ok.
