I sent a set of K24A2 injectors out to be cleaned and tested before I use them. I'm using them as upgrade injectors in place of 240cc D17 injectors because the K series ones drop right into the rail and plug into the stock harness, anyways, these are supposed to be 310 and I got the test results back with the remarks:
I have performed the electrical tests and flow tested your injectors.
They are nearly a perfect set and are all flowing within 1% of each
other. This is what I would hope to see after cleaning them rather than
before. From past experience I don't feel there would be any benefit
from cleaning them. It would simply be a waste of time and money so all
you owe for is the testing and return shipping.


Now the thing is they register a little less than 17 lb/hr... which converted is something like 180cc/min. Is there some reason they're not reading 310? Is something in this test holding them to less flow or could they possibly be clogged up (although I can't see how they're clogged if they're passing volume and spray pattern)?
Do these results look alright or should I be wondering about something?

 

Basically just flow tested.

They all seem fine, the forth varied the most but they all seem fine.

BTW what did you apy for that and where did you get it done.

 

I sent them to rich at cruzin performance.
I sent them expecting to pay 12 a piece for cleaning, but he says they don't need cleaning. Testing is 5/injector + return shipping. I think my whole bill came to about 27.50.
