I just installed a Cometic .078 head gasket and apr headstuds with aem adjustable cam gears, I was told after I install the head gasket I would have 8.8:6 compression, is this true? And since the head gasket is so thick my cam time would be off, if so how many degrees to set my cam gears to get them to stock with out taking it to a dyno?

Your gears are probably off right at 4 degrees. I would say your c/r is 9-1

BTW, we did not need your interior or exterior modifications to calculate this
