Default Changing rear discs...wheel bearings?

When I change out my rear discs how can I tell if the wheel bearings are still good? The guy at the autoparts store said th ehub assb. had to be pressed on to the rotor, but I just slid it on there no problems.

Also is there a certain ft. lbs. the hub bolt needs to be tourqed down to?

you dont need to replace your rear wheel bearings when replacing rotors.

just buy new rotors.

Was there any vibration or humming noises comming from the rear of the car before you had to change the brakes? if not then I wouldn't worry about it because when the wheel bearings go, you'll know

Also, there should be a phillips head screw holding the rotor on the wheel bearing assembly... just take that screw out and swap rotors

You can spin the hub by hand and listen or feel for any roughness or play.
