where do i put the feeler gauge?
hey all, i've been searchin for awhile but there isn't a clear picture that i can see where i'm supposed to stick the feeler gauge to do a valve adjustment.
this picture is from a d series but its the closes pic i can find.
can someone tell me, or point it out on paint where i'm supposed to stick the feeler gauge ? thanks

no, its kinda hard to explain without a decent picture (couldnt find one), but you place the feeler guage underneath the each of the camlobes, camshaft closest to headlights is the exhaust side, other is intake...
edit: what you "arrowed" in the pic was correct for a d-series valve lash adjustment, but a b-series head is not the same as a d-series...

Nice writeups. Similar for either a VTEC or non VTEC engine, but there are a few differences. It's a great DIY.
for doing it yourself.
