Default iacv wtf tried everything

getting power to iacv from ecu can't find break in wire cleaned with brake clean and barrowed a friends iacv but nothing still code 14 just need to pass emissionsthis is driving me crazy

problem is that everything seems to working the iacv works when connected to a 12v source and the wiring harness is getting the correct voltage 8 ohms and i cant find a break in the wire

it's not grounded out right, check the ground on the thermostat. I had the same problem and thats what it ended up being

wouldn't other things be not working if it wasnt grounded properly the wires on the thermostat are tight and seem to be ligit any other suggestions thanks for answering my threads guys i need all the help i can get when its electrical problems

does anyone have a pin out for an obd1 vtec ecu i have a JUN chipped p72 ecu i need to know where the pin in the ecu is for the iacv preferable the wire end female plug
