transmission leaking, help!!

transmission leaking, help!!
my transmission is leaking pretty bad on my b18. it looks like its coming from where the linkage goes in. is there a seal in there or just the one rubber gasket thing where it actually goes into the tranny?

There is a seal there. I have ordered it before from the dealer as "shift selector seal". They have been able to find it from that.
There is a post recently on same subject, someone that provided a part number, maybe you can find that.
