WTF happened here?
ok.. so when it gets cold.. my power steering is very sluggish.. i assumed the fluid was just cold and needed to warm up.. it would be perfectly fine after like 3 min of driving.. no big deal...
so today i go to start up my car.. and my steering wheel started to turn left on its own... really fast.. i tried to grab it and stop it.. ****** had a ton of pressure behind it.. when it got to full left lock and something started squealing under the hood... so i quickly turned the car off... wtf is going on?

Sometimes in P/S racks the spool valve will stick only allowing travel one way. It will bind and create more pressure. I'd be thinking your p/s rack is on the way out.
Could be wrong just a guess.
