Default Shifting From 1st to 2nd Isn't Smooth

All gears shift smooth except 1st-2nd and it is really noticable at higher rpms. I've done some research and found that it could be the linkage or the tranny mount? But I haven't got a straight answer. Any help is appreciated.

transmission fluid was just changed about a month ago... no grinds whats so ever and it is kinda harder to force in at higher rpm but never grinds. Shifts a little easier at lower rpms.

No I have not actually looked at the tranny mount. Is that the one in the back under the intake manifold?

the car has been like this since i bought it almost coming up on a year now. And I've been driving so long with a extremely sloppy shifter that I have gotten use to. (which i know is just the bushings) Never miss any gear no trouble whats so ever. I thinking after driving this long that if I actually get a shift pattern again im going to find it weird

Mine was doing that before too, one of the springs in the clutch was popping out.

well actually, I think it finally gave away and Then All my gears were hella hard to get in.
But beforehand shifting into 2nd at higher rpms was harder then need be.

same here, back then my clutch disc broke off by the corner of the spring and it was hard a$$ hell to go to 2 and pretty soon it didnt even go into any gear. took off the tranny and found out my clutch disc was broken by one of the spring. never missed shift b4. change the clutch shifting was smooth than a ****...
