Motor Swap. SheetMetal Intake - Few loose vacuum and elec connections. Need HELP *PICS*
I recently pulled my stock blown d16a6 and installed this new rebuild with vitaras A6, instead of using the stock intake manifold I picked up this sheetmetal venom piece thats just huge
I think its gonna cause me some vacuum troubles though
First heres the throttle body, this manifold is meant for a Z6, this is a JG 64mm throttle body,I retapped the holes to make the bolt pattern work. I could not use the little vacuum ball (no idea what its called) that was located at the front of the throttle body ontop of the throttle cable pulley. i just undid the 2 screw and threw it away

Also on the back of the intake manifold it gives me 4 vacuum connections, 1 large one for the brake booster im guessing and the rest I just dont know. The FPR needs one but all the nipples on the manifold are to big
I can use one for my vacuum manifold I guess, But Id like some advise on what im missing
Now this connection i think went on the back of the stock manifold, I cant find anywhere for it to go, it comes off of the wire loom for the fuel injectors
There is also another white connector like this that is under the intake manifold, looks like it is attached to the alternator wire loom but I wasnt getting under the car just yet so I didnt snap a pic, I couldnt find a location for it

These suckers are for godknos what, its been so long since i had a running car that I dont know, this tranny is new and it came with some wires connected but I dunno if i connected them or used my own. I can get the colouring if need be. Whats the for the 02, tranny, fan
Are the fan wires located in the loom coming off of the chassis at the bottom of the passenger side? Right behind the radcrossmember bar? I think the wire colours were blue with a stripe of some colour and a black, i know I cut my old rat and fan out, I forget if thats where it came from

need wire colors for connectors by intake manifold - one is probably Fast Idle Control Valve with 2 wires, blue and black/yellow - does the manifold have Intake Air Temp sensor in it? - fan wires are black and black/yellow - O2 sensor is white to connector and black on the sensor - plug any unused vacuum ports
Tranny wiring and fan is all hooked up ****
I need serious vacuum line help now
