could be an axle like said above, could be a wheel bearing, ball joint, tires out of balance? tons of stuff could cause this, even a motor mount........ check everything over that you had to disconnect doing the clutch swap.

Does it shake only when accelerating (foot on the gas)? Does it only shake when braking? Does it shake all the time while rolling but not when braking? All the time period? More info please.

if the vibration stops when you close the throttle, the problem is one or both of the inner CV axle joints are worn. One or both axles need to be replaced (or you can attempt to rebuild them w/ new joints).
