Default firing order?

4321 on the engine, left to right.
sooo per the picture, wire 1 (cylinder 1) goes to a? then 3 to b?
its a 94 civic EX

I just did plugs/wires/cap rotor and the car wont start. so i've put all the old parts back on, still wont start. It MUST be the wiring thats wrong

Put the engine at top dead center and see where the rotor button is, that's cylinder 1. If that doesn't work turn the crank one more full rotation and check where the rotor is and it rotates clockwise. I think....

The crank spins twice to one cam rotation.
