How about 2.25 front and about 2 rear? Camber corrected in the pic, and it used to be lower. The car was on Tein RS coil-overs at that time, now it is on Tein SS.
Pretty soon I will be back to stock.

You can go 2" lower without camber kits no problem, as long as you get it aligned. *and before anyone tries to say otherwise, I am proof that it will be fine*
However those Tokico shocks will not last the abuse of coilovers. They really more suited to be just OEM replacement shocks.

I'm at that height with GC coils (400/400 rates) on Koni Yellows, with GC extended top hats, and I'm sitting on the bump stops. Seriously, they are helping to hold the car up in front. I really don't think it can be that good for the car though, so I need to find a way to get some suspension travel. I've also got rubbing issues on driveways (tire rubs the chassis) with 205/45-16s, but thats not much of an issue.
Your final ride height should be decided by:
1) Your spring rates, higher can go lower without bottoming.
2) What you use the car for, you can go too low for max performance.
3) How bad the roads and how steep the driveways you need to drive regularly are, if its a street car.
