Default obd2 d-series in 92-95 civic basics

I just need to know what needs to be done.

Would it just be easier to use all OBD-1 sensors from the stock motor?
Do the OBD-2 sensors work with just wiring harness hacking?
Can I use the ECU from the OBD-2 engine with a conversion harness?

Thats it, don't just tell me to search, if you do you're just a post-count ***** on the internet.

Links appreciated also, no need to type things i'm sure have been covered 9.8234E4 times.

What about the sensors if I use the stock wiring, just change the plugs but use stock harness?

Its a d16 going in, not sure which one.
