The B16 or ITR (PR3) has a larger combustion chamber, which will lower the compression ratio compared to the GSR (P72). The lower compression ratio will allow for more boost. The B16 is rumored to flow better. (I say rumored because I have not personally seen any flow data.) The ITR definitely flows better.
