Not too many clubs hold autocrosses on a Friday. We'll see you there!

I'm pretty sure you won't find much cheaper track time. $155 for 2-2.5 hours of time.

The hatch is almost done. I am going to start driving it to work so I can get some miles on it.

Miata I actually bought one that was finished so that is ready to go.

CRX is still in pieces, motor is almost torn apart and will be going to king. Then the tub is going down to BJ's to do the suspension, put the dash back in, seat in and paint.

does mcscc wave the harness rule for open track days?

thats the only reason i am not competing with them this year. no way possible to have a harness at 10 degrees without having a rollbar and i can't add a rollbar to my daily car.

The rules for the track day are on the site. No harness needed. Your stock belts are fine. I've been fighting against their stupid harness rule for some time. I just gave up.

Event is about half full. Still lots of room for some competition driver's to do some testing.

ITs a fun track, but has little to no run off room. I did my first event ever there, and had a great time. From what i learned this track is notorious for eating brakes.

There is a fair amount of runoff room for the most part.

It is pretty tough on brakes though... Still a very fun track!!!

We won't have much in the line of instruction, this is a lapping day, not an education day. We'll have some experienced people to ride along with you and get you the basic line.

The track itself has good runoff in most corners. Unfortunately, it's all grass and not gravel, so you just slide. Keep it on the track, and you won't have problems. It's the track most of us local drivers have learned on, including myself. If it weren't safe, they wouldn't be holding SCCA races.

Make sure your brakes are about brand new, so much turning, not much cooling.
