Default .........What is Better for LS Vtec.....Will individual throttle body help much???

I currently have a GSR head on my LS block with a GSR chipped ECU. I was wondering which is better??? A B16 head or a B18 head?? My motor also has high compression pistons, fuel pressure regulator, bored out to 2.0, new cams, and cam gears. What should I have the Gears set at?? I have ran my car at SIR and ran a 14 flat not gutted, 17 wheels, and not tuned. I want to at least hit the low 12 in the quarter. Will a custom made individual throttle body help me lose much time?? Any answers will help Thanks!!!
