its just for regular driving... i have the neuspeed one right now.. but my friend is selling me a type r one for pretty cheap because he just got a spoon one... so im just wondering...

keep the neuspeed. just because it says type r doesnt mean its better.

its just for regular driving...
Take it off, and don't run anything... You won't feel any difference. And you've just lightened the car... lighter means faster!
