I am doing a swap (d16z6) in my buddy's CRX and i wuz wondering what else would i need or have to do to make this swap work properly. We have the motor, tranny, axles, etc. All we need is the dizzy and engine harness. My question(s) are what engine harness and dizzy should i run. Thank You

 

forgot the ecu.....running obd0-1????is the crx mpfi or dpfi?if its dual point you'll need to wire the harness for 4 injectors....

 

I got the ecu. The Vtec is going to be wired via VAFC. I really haven't looked at the car so let's say it is dual and not multi point. What would i have to do to convert from dual to multi.

 

wire it up for 4 injectors..search around here for Rywire.they can make you a mpfi harness

 

The vafc wont add the fuel or timing for vtec..So I would convert to obd1 and use a p28 ecu or run chipped obd0 ecu and use turboedit with 1 wire vtec..But yeah you'll need to convert to mpfi first..Use your stock harness though,,dont try and take another engine harness and put in on your car..Heres a good writeup of how to do it..http://crf50.no-ip.com/fourthgenhatch/mpfi.html ..And next time search or look in the FAQ thread at the top of the page for good info..
