Default Exhaust Referee question

im going to get my NEW exhaust tested cuz the old one got me pulled over. umm sum 1 told me that i need the STOCK exhaust in order for them to even think of testing me? umm... did i just spend 200 bux to get my exhaust quiter just go down the drain?

Just get a more restrictive muffler.

ive seen people pass at the bar with aftermarket exhausts, My friend passed with a tanabe racing medallion with the silencer.

Most Ref's will not allow a silencer... It is not a part of the muffler its a piece that is added after and can be taken out.

Do some research on the Twistor or Twister, It might be a nice invesment for you as to quiet your exhust down a bit without totally bottlenecking it...

Go stock, then swap it back later....the best investment is to keep your stock parts when you upgrade, then you have another option when the black & whites pull you over.....
