Brake swap question

I have a 2000 Civic Sir. I have a set of ITR calipers and fast brakes rotors ready to go. I was just wonder if I need to do any changes to the master cylinder or proportioning valve for this car?

Since you have all four discs you don't have to do anything to the prop valve, I don't know about the MC though
