lookin for a SRI for an 06 SI but it seems no one has any. did they even make one yet??

They only have CAI applications

someone on clubsi.com dyno'd the AEM cai on the new si and it was only a 4.8 hp gain or something like that

i can ONLY imagine a short ram

I'm probably keeping my oem setup

we got the navi unit in last night and installed

works like a charm

what is better the normal cai or the short ram?

 

i just want the sri insted of the CAI because i dont wanna suck up water thats all

its all about peoples preference

 

Is there any difference in performance...if not it almost makes more sense to get the ram its cheaper!

idk i have always know CAI's to make more power in the top end and SRI's to make power in low to mid

No, short rams only make power on the top end.

ya got it twisted, if i were u i would go with a cai,
if ur worried about water bein ingested by the intake dont, ur filter wont be that low to be submerged in water, y would u be goin through deep *** puddles anyway

get a cheap one off ebay and slap a k&n filter on it and if ur really paranoid buy a air bypass valve if u must

 

up
