low fuel pressure or cam timing off are the first things that come to mind. did you change anything on the car before it started doing this?

well, first off, do you have a check engine light on?
for fuel pressure, check the fuel system for leaks or loose connections, or you could possibly have a failing fuel pump.
I wouldn't worry about the timing just yet, there are easier things to check first.

Once as a Newbie I got my new spark wires and put them on in the wrong order. Idle was all messed up. Sounds like the same symptoms so hey Maybe

you should hook that back up, the o2 controls your air/fuel ratio which is pretty important considering your problem. Are you sure that is your only cel code?
