Default Clutch is vibrating

Last thursday I replaced my clutch with act HDSS setup and now it's vibrating when I let off the clutch at low RPM's (1st gear/reverse). The thing is I remember looking at my flywheel and seeing some burn spots on the surface but ran my finger across the surface and was smooth all over, so didn't think it would be necessary to resurface my flywheel. My question is will I have to get another new disc when I pull the tranny to get the flywheel resurfaced? So far I have been driving around 100 miles on it, at most I'll be at 200 miles before I can resurface the flywheel. Will the clutch disc have gone bad in this little time? I'm pretty sure it should be cool, but just wanted some other opinions. Thanks.

I would have had the flywheel surfaced before putting a new clutch in...What could happen is it will put heat spots on the disk and will eventually cause it to slip..if thats the problem..but you might be just hearing and feeling clutch chatter..What clutch did you put in the car?

Precisely...this is why parts suppliers will only honor clutch warranties if there is proof that a new flywheel was purchased or a machine shop surfaced the old one.

As far as clutch disc damage goes i would assume that you should be fine since there were relatively low miles driven. Check the disc for glazing when you pull everything apart

ACT heavy duty pressure plate with street disc. From what all my friends have told me that have used this set up they all say it wouldn't really chatter much. Plus I had a HD ACT pressure plate with an exedy organic disc which is similar to this set up and it never vibrated or chattered like this.

I'm pretty sure it's from the flywheel needing to be resurfaced but I was trying to find out if anything else could get messed up in about 200 miles of driving. I basically don't want to pull the tranny resurface the flywheel put it back together and find out I need another new disc or some bs like that. I use my car a lot so downtime screws me. Thanks for the feedback though.
