Will a F22B2 exhaust manifold fit a F22B1? Do the cylinder heads have the same sized exhaust exits and shape?

Yes, and Honda calls for the same exhaust manifold-head gasket for both.
The downpipes are different (however)
The B2 version has a 4x1 Exhaust Manifold and uses a single pipe Downtube
The B1 version has a 4x2 Exhaust Manifold and uses a dual pipe Downtube which collects into one, just before the converter.

P, are the header sides of the cats the same? i know on the B1, the cat -> midpipe is 3 bolt flange, while the B2 is a 2 bolt

On the EX B1, the front of the Cat bolts to a small pipe section by what appears to be two bolts.

On the Lx B2, the front of the Cat also bolts to a small pipe section by what appears to be two bolts.

That's all I can come up with; unless we've got a Honda Parts Guru in here that can shed some light here.

Thanks for all the replies and info. They were helpful. I decided not to use the f22b2's exhaust manifold because I would have to use the header pipe in which seems more restrictive than the f22b1's 4-2-1 exh. man/header.

Good choice.
It's really surprising once you look at the 'b1 Exhaust Manifold and downpipe. Is it a co-incidence that most all aftermarket headers copy it? In truth, I'd rather have the cast Honda Manifold; It's better at attenuating under-hood noise (avoids the noisy din coming from tubular headers).
