Is this a DC2 Mugen Exhaust?
That is a Mugen twin loop but, the question is which type, there are two different lengths of B pipe for the twin loop, the JDM SPEC length and the USDM Spec length. The difference in length between the two is about 4.5" the JDM one being longer than the US one.

Actually it is Japanese Automobile Muffler Association without Sport.
And yes you are right, it is not an emission standard.
What JASMA does = They certify aftermarket mufflers and headers for use on public roads in Japan. ( Environmental Noise Conservation)
