blue head lite tint like it or not and whos sells a really good one
ok i'm thinking of having my headlites tinted that really lite blue,i have 05 accord coupe graphite peal, any one know who makes a really good tint and how do you think it looks?
well it would be considered illegal because any forward facing lights can only be white, yellow, or amber and that would definitely be noticable. Lamin-x is a popular brand though, i'd recommend them. I would recommend clear or smoked over blue or yellow.
Try krylon stained glass. . it worked on my fog lights when i wanted them to have an amber tint. Be careful with the blue. . in some areas the cops don't give a **** and in other areas cops will pull u over b/c ur likes will flicker a hint of blue. Luckly where i live people ride around with green, blue, and golden lights and i have never seen them get pulled over.
around here just about everyone has these cool blue headlights and they make me angry because when they go up and down slightly on the roads it looks like a flickering blue light and the paranoia kicks in..
sometimes i dont understand why people do things like this, but whatever floats your boat man

No bulbs are even worse.
The problem with getting any sort of blue tint on either the bulbs or the housing themselves is that it filters out the rest of the light so you only see the blue spectrum. Since most halogen comes in around 3500-4000k, which is closer to yellow than blue, you lose a lot of the light output.
If you really want better performance, switch to Sylvania Silverstars. They give a whiter color and are street legal as well as good performers.
Personally I use HiR bulbs, but they perform well and don't give you the color you want, theyre halogen color.
If you REALLY wanted to go off the deep end for the cool color, get an HID retrofit. It would cost between 500-1000 dollars (dont get the 'kits' that are plug and play on your car, theyre garbage), but you get the performance of a factory HID system, with projectors that give you a mean cutoff and all the cool different whites blues and purples.
