Im ordering parts from SpoonSports in japan including:
4-2-1 exhaust manifold,Tail Silencer (N1 type) and Airfilter.
but im worried about the install of those parts,do they fit straigt on?
if not what do i need to modify?

Simon - are euro headers the same ones as jdm 4-1? if so, they should bolt right in to your existing catalytic converter. However, if euro headers are same as USDM headers, then you'll need different cat (or, use Spoon test-pipe + lengthen the b-pipe)

 

the european headers are the same as the USDM

The header comes with both gaskets (at your head and the donut gasket for the cat)...you will need a cat with a 2.5" flange to accept the larger collector of the Spoon header....otherwise the header bolts right on.....

 

any ideas where i could buy a bigger cat...?
does spoon have it?

.....they've got a "cat-jack" that should work perfectly for your application.

 

the cat jack is a test pipe, if you have any type of emissions you will fail the test

But, you also have to think of the sizes, as stated earlier...

is the exhaust you're buying JDM spec? I would imagine so if you're getting them from Japan...that means that the b pipe is longer and should mate up perfectly if you get the spoon catjack to go w/ it.
