Default Convert P28 for use on LS nonVTEC?

I did a quick search and couldn't come up with anything.

I was wondering if it's possible to convert a P28 to a nonVTEC ecu for B18A/B's. Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, just shut off the VTEC with whatever program you use to tune it.

Or you can just run a P75 program in your P28... assumming it's already been socketed.

Really? If that's the case, then I'll go ahead and order a chip from Phearable for the time being.

Cool, I'll hit you up if I decide not to go with Phearable.
I need a couple more confirmation about using P75 chip for P28 before I go and buy a chip

All you do is put a P75 chip in. The P28 motherboard already has all the hardware to run it without any problems.
