Now, i dont have number 25 in my picture of parts. It is a small peg that holds the timing pulley stationary. You can take you numbers and their description to match them to the parts in the pictures.

As far as the bolts that hold the bracket on (number 24), you can use the auto tensioner bolts.

 

this might make it a lil easier. dont worry about the other stuff its just timing belt and water pump crap

 

if i'm raping parts from my h23, which do i keep, and which need to be replaced with something brand new?

 

test the tension of the spring and check the tensioner pulley for a worn bearing. if everything is fine, then slap it on.

 

I would just go to a junkyard and look for a H23 to get it from. Dealerships charge too much for a few small metal parts, a couple bolts, and a spring.

 

i have the parts at my house in a box beside my mustang intake manifold im tryin to put on if u want them im me and we can work out a price

did you not read the writeup? Scott says specifically what it was used for and that its optional.
