Default Leaky windshield

I am getting a considerable amount of water in the passenger floorboard after each substantial rain. I am assuming the windshield is leaking but curious if the water could be coming in thru the top of the firewall.

Has anyone experienced a floorboard shoaked in rain water?

Never got soaked, but there are drain tubes from the windshield's lower trim piece and also from the sunroof (I think) that are supposed to exit at/near the front wheels. Maybe one is plugged/disconnected and dumping water behind the kick panel? Or, water is collecting in the cabin air intake system because it can't drain the way it is supposed to?
