Default cracked rear crossmember

I have a 91 si hb with the a b16a. I changed my oil and put in new axles, and while I was under my car I noticed that the rear crossmember was cracked. My ? is would this cause my car to pull to the right hard and make the passenger tire to look pushed back towards the door? Also if you stand in front of the car the driver side wheel is straight and the passenger side wheel is pointing out a little (as if you where turning right.)
Any input would be great.

um, yeah. sounds like youve had some major damage in the past. id consider all your suspension parts suspect. measure and compare each part to see if its not just the crossmember that needs replacement.

do you mean rear x-member like at the rear wheels, or are you talking about the rearward front x-member where the steering rack is?

grab a junkyard x-member from a straight car and get it on there. replace components that don't bolt up, and then see if you can align everything to spec.

be careful with the bolts that hold the xmember on since getting everything to line up can be a pain if the car or the new xmember are tweaked and you don't want to cross thread anything.

when installing the crossmember be sure to use pry board/screwdriver align the crossmember. there are holes in the crossmember that match up with holes in the frame and then tighten the bolts
