Default Adjusting the timing

Guys,

I picked up a timing light after getting pre smogged. I need to adjust the timing on the car in order to pass. I didnt want to pay 25 bux to have it done. Instead I invested the money into a timing light. I tried to adjust the timing on the car but for life of me figure it out. I dont know what adjusting nut to loosen. I seen that there are 3 bolts that connect the dizzy to the block but not sure which one to loosen. Could someone help me out?

Thanks.

Default Re: Adjusting the timing (teamsonik)

loosen all 3 of them. to adjust the timing, you will have to rotate the whole distributor.
