Default LCA/Ball Joint hole too big

I have a 2002 RSX and the control arm is bent. I bought a 2005 control arm thinking they were the same, but the ball joint hole is quite a bit larger. Would it be safe to have someone sleeve or add material to the 2005 arm, or does that joint deal with too much stress?

return the 2005 control arm and buy the correct control arm. I wouldnt recommend "modifying" suspension parts to that degree.

Why not try using a 05 ball joint?

I posted a thread in the rsx forum about that. Acura doesn't sell just the ball joint, so I'd have to ge the whole knuckle. I'm wondering if the 05 uses the same wheel bearing and axle part of the knuckle. If so, that'd be the cheapest solution ($130)
