Default clutch/flwheel help

Getting ready to put at 90 b1a1 and a Y1 tranny from my friends B16 swap. Can I use his old clutch setup? It's in good shape. I want to do a lightened flywheel, but I'm unsure of which to go with...Help!!!

Yeah you can use the old clutch..Be 100 percent sure its got alot of life left though because you have all that stuff apart now and it would suck to have everything in and 3 months later the clutch is gone..

And for flywheels you can't go wrong with Fidanza..Ive got there 9 lb version on my current car motor..And used a 7.5 lb version on my last car..

The clutch looks fine, looks to be fairly new. I'm just unsure of the flywheel. I'd like a 11 lb, but, do i order for the engine or tranny?(noobish I know).
