Anyone have pics of retrofitted HOOD DAMPERS?

Does anyone know of anyone or done it themselves a retrofit of hood dampers (tein, vision, etc) for their car with a different kit?? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

i thought about doing it like 5 years ago when i was working at a caddy dealer.

it would be cool to see if anyone has done it.

 

There's tons of people that have done it. I personally am doing it pretty soon. It's pretty easy. I'm in for some pics just to see what everyone's got.

vision and tein make them, i think that is what most people use.

 

the question i've had is if they dont make an application for your car, can you retrofit say like a civic set for my prelude?? Thanks.

there was a diy tech on here awhile ago...if I remember right the guy used the dampers from a hatch. It looked good though.

Hmm.. somebody find that thread!! haha cause those are the Dampers I have.

 

what about the rear hatch dampers from a 96-99, do u guys think that it could be done with those??
