Default what rims would you put on my car? advice? photoshop for me? take a look-

This is my daily driver.. 98 EX with si front end and etc..

the color is diamond graphite metallic from the 04-06 infiniti G35 coupe...

since i repainted the car.. im stumped on what color/style of wheel to put on it..
because its my daily driver and i dont really want to put a lot of money into it.. ( i have other more impt projects to finish ) ill prob go with rota or something alike-

anyway what are your suggestions? please lmk- i was thinking black w/ polished lip grids or gt3s.. but im also thinking bronze.. and a million other things.. rims MUST be 16's

if you can photoshop something on there that would be awesome..

sorry about the pic..

this is the only one i have thus far.. i havent even picked the car up yet, but i snuck the pic the other day when i went down to the body shop to check on its progress.

sold em last night..

besides i dont think i like matching wheels with the car.. there needs to be some contrast.. gunmetal wheels w/ polished lip might be ok... but not straight gunmetal..

the only time i like matching wheels with the car is white on white.. otherwise there needs to be a polished lip to give some contrast.. if not, it looks plain imo

there needs to be some contrast..

honestly, i like the buddy club p1 wheel itself, but i cant stand the writing on the face of the rim that says 'buddy club'.. i think partly i think the name 'buddy club' is stupid.. and i think the writing on the rim makes it look cheap..... the volk decals on te-37s are one thing.. but the buddy club logo just looks kinda poor.. and its stamped right on the wheel..

im extremely picky when it comes to wheels unfortunately.. and that logo just kills it for me..

id be much more inclined to get the rota grid in white...

I was thinking about the same exact wheel. But I think that any gold wheel will look stupid with that color. Either go with black, white, or silver. I'll shop some later, I dont fell like it right now.

I agreed! Those wheels were so hot and would've looked sweeeeet. But since that's no longer an option, I say black with a polished lip or gunmetal. Stay away from gold/bronze...not with a charcoal car. But that's just my opinion and who am I.....lol

Also - don't forget tirerack.com will "photoshop" the wheels on for you. There's some hot BBS wheels on there that you may like. But since photobucket sucks, I can't post the picture.

Alright so I shopped a few different sets on, I also lowered it just a lil bit more.

1. White Buddy club P1's

2. Bronze TE-37

3. Gunmetal (kinda) Work Emotions (this looks shitty)

4. Dark blue TE-37 mags. This was for fun because I really like the color (My old coupe was a similar color), and these are the HARDEST wheels EVER! But if it suits you fancy you can spend a GRIP on some magnesium wheels

IMO, you sould go with white or black wheels. The bronze looks booty and gunmetal looks too similar to the piant. I also think you should stay away from polished lips, this is just because I think they look ****** tacky and cheap, but thats just me. But if you really want me to ride yur nuts get the TE-37 mags because Dark Blue> every other color Good luck on whatever you choose!

so far, i think im going to have to agree, black wheels may be the way to go.

im all about the polished lip however, all black wheels never look clean... they look like steelies from a distance..the polished lip really brings the wheel to life IMO.

white with a polished lip might be really nice also...
or even red gt3s...
red would provide a nice contrast.

the dull bronze/flat bronze like the te-37 is going to look weak.. a full polish bronze or gold on the other hand would be dope...
the rota grid (te-37 knock off) comes in royal sports polish bronze... that may be one possibility.. or gold subzeros... gold attacks, etc
