Default Turbo question. (searched recent, and archived info)

I have a 99 type Sh that I keep debating about using Nitrous or a Turbo on. Of all the turbo kits i see, they all seem to have that lame check valve and fuel pressure regulator set up.

I'd like to know if there is an effecient way to buy the basic turbo set up (turbo, manifold, piping, intercooler, bov, wastegate) and use a seperate EMS to run it all.

It seems that it would save some money on the price of the kit if it didn't come w/ all that crap that I wouldn't use anyway. Does anyone have any advice/experience here? Thanks in advance.
