hense the reason i don't pay for membership... they make plenty of money from members to be able to keep that site up and running perfectly... (i guarantee they make more money then the people that own honda-tech).. .yet honda-tech is the site thats always working perfectly....

s2ki.com owners = money hungry.. trying to milk it for all they can.. and in return screwing up the service of the site..

 

Yet, if you want to sell anything thats the only good place since that is where all S2000 owners go. We cant sell anything here (even if S2000 Specific). In the For Sale forums on H-T there is just TOO much for sale, so S2000 stuff just ends up at the bottom to quickly.

I agree and that was the only reason I got a membership, easy to sell items and people pay a ridiculous amount for parts on that site.

 

i bought a membership over there and i barely surf there

 

it sucks, we have a big meet tonight and i can't post info for it tonight. i hope people show.

 

Hope it's back soon, I bought something on there and am waiting for a tracking number.

 

Yeah, damn things been down for a while now with no information given at all. Least they could do is send an email or something out to paying members to tell them what the deal is.

they don't care...they just let the site go as they please, and when **** crashes and its the end of the world for us they just take their time.

that would take to much time to make a mass email to send to everyone..... a long 5 minutes...

they should actually add sub forums for each type of car under the marketplace... so have one sub forum/section for all civic parts, one sub forum/section for all prelude parts, one sub forum/section for all s2000 parts and so on.....

even looking for parts for another car is hard on this forum cause everything is bunched into one section...

** by the way this is very easy to do with the setup of this whole forum.. i've worked with this type of forum before and they can add new subforums/sections in a matter of minutes... **

It was brought up again recently and I believe it was Mase who shot the idea down. I don't think an explanation was given, although the ITR forum has their own sticky F/S thread. Let me go back and check to see what the reason was.

i don't think so.. either way it's no excuse... i think s2ki has it's own server they just use the forum background from another company.. but thats just software...

honda-tech shares a server with vwvortex.com and scion-tech.com along with many others... and has no problems ever...
